Mac joined Evertec in 2015 after more than two decades in global leadership roles across the financial and payments industry. Previously, he served as President of International for Global Payments Inc. (NYSE: GPN), overseeing business operations in 23 countries across Europe and Asia. He also chaired Comercia Global Payments in Barcelona and served on the board of UnionPay International, the international subsidiary of China UnionPay. 

He holds a bachelor’s degree from New York University and an MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School, where he served on the Dean’s Advisory Board and was recognized with the Outstanding Recent Alumni Award and the Alumni Service Award. He also completed the General Management Program at The Wharton School. 

Mac currently serves on the boards of Deluxe Corporation (NYSE: DLX) and several nonprofit organizations, including Endeavor Miami, Wharton Executive Education, and the Smithsonian Institution National Board. He is also a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO).

Since joining Evertec in 2012, Joaquin took on roles of increasing responsibility in the Finance organization, including Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer, a role he held from 2018 through 2025.  Throughout his tenure, he has been instrumental in strengthening Evertec’s financial foundation, leading operational transformation initiatives, and supporting the integration and expansion of the company’s business across new markets and capabilities.  

Before Evertec, Joaquin worked at PwC as an Audit Manager in the Banking & Capital Markets group, advising financial institutions on audit, controls, and regulatory matters.  

He holds a B.B.A. with dual concentrations in Finance and Accounting from Villanova University and is a Certified Public Accountant.  He is a member of the Villanova Finance Department Advisory Board and a board member of Endeavor Puerto Rico. 

Karla joined Evertec in 2019 and has held roles of increasing responsibility within the finance organization, including Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Assistant Treasurer; Vice President of Finance; Assistant Treasurer; and Corporate Tax Director. During her tenure, she has strengthened financial governance, enhanced reporting capabilities, and contributed to operational and strategic initiatives supporting the company’s regional expansion. 

Prior to joining Evertec, Karla spent more than 12 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where she held leadership positions in the assurance practice focused on financial services clients. Her roles included Assurance Director and Assurance Senior Manager, as well as dual role as Portfolio Operations Manager. 

Karla holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Puerto Rico. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the University of Puerto Rico Business Administration Faculty Alumni Advisory Board. 

Since joining Evertec in 2011, Paola has held leadership roles spanning internal audit, business operations and risks, and talent management. Her broad experience across functions has been instrumental in advancing Evertec’s market leadership and operational excellence in the region. 

Before joining the company, Paola worked at Chartis (now AIG) as External Reporting Manager for the Latin America region and at PwC as a Senior Auditor. 

Paola holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Fairfield University and is a Certified Public Accountant. She also serves on the Board of Directors of Lectores para el Futuro, a non-profit organization focused on educational development. 

Luis joined Evertec in 2015 after a career in law and finance that spanned more than a decade. Before joining the company, he served as Executive Director at J.P. Morgan in New York, where he advised on complex transactions, regulatory compliance, and cross-border matters. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles as Vice President in the Distressed Products Group at Deutsche Bank, Associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP, and Assistant Secretary at the Department of Economic Development and Commerce of Puerto Rico. 

He holds a bachelor’s degree from Princeton University and a Juris Doctor from Stanford Law School. 

Daniel joined Evertec in 2017 and has held senior leadership positions including Senior Vice President and Chief Delivery Officer, and Vice President of Processing and Fraud Prevention Services. With more than 25 years of experience in the payments industry, he has led large-scale technology operations and innovation initiatives across multiple Latin American markets. 

Before joining Evertec, Daniel served as Chief Operating Officer of PayTrue, a Uruguay-based payments solutions company, and as a Senior Software Engineer for Trintech. He has also served as a university lecturer in cryptography at Universidad de la República in Uruguay. 

Daniel holds a degree in Computer Analysis from Universidad de la República in Uruguay and completed the Program for Management Development (PMD) at ESADE Business School in Barcelona, Spain. He is also a board member of ICT4V, a technology and innovation organization in Montevideo, Uruguay. 

Diego joined Evertec in 2021, bringing more than 30 years of experience in technology, operations, and payments. Before joining the company, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Interbanking S.A., a leading digital financial ACH and real-time payments provider in Argentina. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles at Prisma Medios de Pago in Argentina; Mastercard in Argentina and Miami, Florida; and PROSA (Promoción y Operación S.A. de C.V.) in Mexico, driving operational performance and digital solutions for financial institutions and merchants. 

Diego holds a degree in Engineering from Universidad del Salvador in Argentina and an MBA in Economics and Business Administration from Universidad ESEADE in Argentina. 

Since joining Evertec, Mike has held several executive leadership roles, including head of the Payment Services businesses in Puerto Rico and the Caribbean, as well as Business Solutions and Merchant Acquiring. Throughout his tenure, he has driven key initiatives focused on client-centric innovation, market expansion, and operational consistency across the company’s solutions and channels. 

Prior to Evertec, Mike held leadership positions at Banco Popular de Puerto Rico, including Vice President of Corporate Banking and Treasury Portfolio Manager, where he supported financial strategies and commercial solutions for institutional clients. 

Mike holds a bachelor’s degree in Management with a concentration in Finance from Tulane University. 

He has been recognized for his leadership and industry contributions, including the “40 Under 40” and “People to Watch” distinctions by Caribbean Business, as well as the Top Management Award in Technology from SME Puerto Rico. Over the years, he has also served on Visa and Mastercard Advisory and Fintech Committees and has participated as a speaker and panelist at leading global industry events such as Money 20/20. 

Alberto joined Evertec in 2023, bringing over 25 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, and executive leadership across the Americas. Prior to joining the company, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Despegar.com, a leading Latin American travel technology company. From 2017 to 2018, he was CFO of TGLT S.A., a real estate developer, where he led the acquisition and integration of Argentina’s largest construction company. 

Earlier in his career, Alberto held senior roles at Itaú BBA as Head of Investment Banking for Latin America and at Morgan Stanley in New York, where he led M&A and capital markets transactions across the Southern Cone region. 

He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Master’s in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Católica de Argentina. 

Claudio joined Evertec following the company’s 2023 acquisition of Sinqia, where he held senior executive positions. With more than 30 years of experience in technology, operations, and financial services, he has led transformation and digital strategy at major organizations, including Banco Real, Banco Santander, and Deutsche Bank, as well as serving as COO and Executive Director of New Business at Grupo Fleury. 

He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Computer Engineering from the University of São Paulo (USP) and an Executive Certificate in Management and Leadership from the MIT Sloan School of Management. 

Ms. Rodríguez serves as Chief Human Resources Officer of Evertec, where she leads the company’s global human resources strategy, overseeing talent management, organizational development, culture, and employee engagement across all regions. She plays a central role in shaping Evertec’s people strategy to support sustainable growth, high performance, and an inclusive workplace culture. 

Since joining Evertec in 2016, Yadhira has held several leadership roles, including Senior Attorney for labor and litigation matters and Compliance Director, where she strengthened the company’s regulatory compliance and ethics programs. Her multidisciplinary background enables her to bridge business, legal, and cultural perspectives in driving transformation and aligning talent initiatives with corporate strategy. 

Before joining Evertec, Yadhira practiced labor and employment law at O’Neill & Borges LLC, advising organizations on workforce management and compliance. 

She holds a Juris Doctor and an MBA from the University of Puerto Rico, where she also earned her bachelor’s degree in Finance and Human Resources. She is a licensed attorney in Puerto Rico.
