Ms. Rodríguez serves as Chief Human Resources Officer of Evertec, where she leads the company’s global human resources strategy, overseeing talent management, organizational development, culture, and employee engagement across all regions. She plays a central role in shaping Evertec’s people strategy to support sustainable growth, high performance, and an inclusive workplace culture. 

Since joining Evertec in 2016, Yadhira has held several leadership roles, including Senior Attorney for labor and litigation matters and Compliance Director, where she strengthened the company’s regulatory compliance and ethics programs. Her multidisciplinary background enables her to bridge business, legal, and cultural perspectives in driving transformation and aligning talent initiatives with corporate strategy. 

Before joining Evertec, Yadhira practiced labor and employment law at O’Neill & Borges LLC, advising organizations on workforce management and compliance. 

She holds a Juris Doctor and an MBA from the University of Puerto Rico, where she also earned her bachelor’s degree in Finance and Human Resources. She is a licensed attorney in Puerto Rico.
