Ms. Pérez serves as Group Head for Puerto Rico and the Caribbean, leading Evertec’s commercial operations, growth strategy, and client relationships across the region. She is responsible for driving business development, operational execution, and customer engagement in Evertec’s headquarters and throughout the Caribbean.
Since joining Evertec in 2011, Paola has held leadership roles spanning internal audit, business operations and risks, and talent management. Her broad experience across functions has been instrumental in advancing Evertec’s market leadership and operational excellence in the region.
Before joining the company, Paola worked at Chartis (now AIG) as External Reporting Manager for the Latin America region and at PwC as a Senior Auditor.
Paola holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Fairfield University and is a Certified Public Accountant. She also serves on the Board of Directors of Lectores para el Futuro, a non-profit organization focused on educational development.
