Mr Prado serves as Group Head for Brazil, leading Evertec’s commercial operations, business growth, and client relationships in one of the company’s largest and most dynamic markets. He is responsible for advancing Evertec’s strategy in Brazil, strengthening partnerships, and driving innovation across its payments and technology solutions.
Claudio joined Evertec following the company’s 2023 acquisition of Sinqia, where he held senior executive positions. With more than 30 years of experience in technology, operations, and financial services, he has led transformation and digital strategy at major organizations, including Banco Real, Banco Santander, and Deutsche Bank, as well as serving as COO and Executive Director of New Business at Grupo Fleury.
He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Computer Engineering from the University of São Paulo (USP) and an Executive Certificate in Management and Leadership from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
