EVERTEC, Inc. (NYSE: EVTC) (“EVERTEC” or the “Company”) announced that
Morgan "Mac" Schuessler has joined EVERTEC as President and Chief
Executive Officer, and member of the Company’s Board of Directors,
commencing today. Mr. Schuessler’s appointment was announced on November
21, 2014.
