Susana Sala Bosch serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Culture & Transformation Officer of Evertec, where she leads the company's culture and transformation strategy, including talent management, organizational integration, artificial intelligence adoption, corporate communications, and brand. She is responsible for advancing Evertec's enterprise transformation agenda, strengthening organizational capabilities, and fostering a culture of innovation that supports the company's long-term growth.

Susana joined Evertec in 2026, bringing more than 25 years of executive leadership experience across operations, organizational development, culture, and enterprise transformation in multinational organizations. Throughout her career, she has led strategic initiatives that support business growth, organizational integration, and operating model transformation across global markets.

Prior to joining Evertec, Susana served as Chief People Officer at Modigent. Earlier in her career, she held executive leadership positions at Paramount, where she oversaw operations, organizational strategy, and corporate functions across Southern Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, and Africa. She also held leadership roles at Bacardi, leading global human resources transformation and regional people strategy across Latin America, the Caribbean, Spain, and Portugal, and previously served as Human Resources Director at Caprabo.

Susana holds a degree from ESADE Business School.
